When I first came to your office I had an interview with Mike who took asked me about my previous employment history, strengths and weaknesses. He took the time not only to find out about my employment situation but was also empathetic when listening to my personal circumstances and offered career advice accordingly.
I took some basic tests to discover how much knowledge I had with Microsoft Office. At no time did I feel under pressure and when I ran out of time and had to leave a little early to pick my daughter up from school the staff were kind and understood my situation. I was made to feel welcome back to complete the tests later.
I really feel like all the staff at Kings Hill Recruitment wanted to help me find a job that was right for me as much as I wanted to find one and sure enough, a couple of weeks later, I am about to start my 'perfect job' working 20 hours a week which fits in with my family commitments.
