Insurance Claims Technician

An individual is required to handle Commercial Insurance Claims for this respected and established company based on Kings Hill, Kent. To apply you will have experience of handling Property, Casualty and Motor Fleet Insurance claims and have previously undertaken the following responsibilities –

Dealing with claims from first notification through to final settlement, checking policy cover, handling all queries from various parties including Insurer, Broker, Insured and Third Parties), appoint replacement/supplier, negotiate settlement with Insured, handle all post and correspondence relating to own portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE standard, well organised with good communication skills, work under pressure to meet deadlines and provide a prompt, efficient and effective customer service.
