Clients will be able to view your profile and request more information via email. Before any information is passed on we will call you to ensure that you are not already known to the client and that they are not a company you work for /have worked for/don't want to work for. Once you are in agreement that the company and or requirement is of interest to you, we will forward your full details.

Are the CV profiles on your site completely confidential?
Yes. Your CV profile is purely a summary of your key skills and experience, your industry sector, job titles, salary expectations and availability.

How do I include/advertise my profile on your site?
When we have your details we can write an anonymous profile on your behalf.

Do you retain my CV on file for future roles?
Yes. Your CV will remain on our database until such time as you let us know you are no longer looking. However, as above we would not release your details without contacting you first.

Does it cost me anything to register? As a candidate do I have to pay for your services?
No. If and when we place you in a temporary or a permanent assignment the client will pay any fees due.

How long does it take?
Up to one hour. We have interview rooms enabling you to enjoy a confidential one to one consultation with an experienced consultant.

What can I expect when I come to meet with you?
We understand that moving into a new permanent job or temporary assignment can be stressful so our consultants will take the time getting to know you and the type of position you are looking for. We have  dedicated interview rooms enabling you to enjoy a confidential one to one consultation. We also provide you with quiet, privacy in which to assess your skills.

Will I have to do any skills tests when I come in to register?
It depends on the type of position you are looking for. If it requires word processing or keyboard skills, particular Microsoft applications, command of a second language or any skill that can be measured then we aim to reassure our client companies of our candidates' levels of ability, whether it be beginner, intermediate or advanced. We provide each and every candidate with quiet, privacy in which to assess their skills.

Are your consultants qualified?
All our Consultants strive to achieve the REC approved qualifications in the recruitment sector. A qualified recruiter can use the letters CertRP, AREC, MREC, or FREC after their name which visibly demonstrates their commitment and professionalism.

Why do I need to bring my passport when coming in to register?
Section 8 of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 requires all employers in the UK to make basic document checks on every person they intend to employ. By making these checks, employers can be sure they will not break the law by employing illegal workers. People who have the right to work in this country can prove this swiftly and easily by producing a passport.

I don't have a passport, can I still register?
Yes. Other combinations of documentation are acceptable. Usually this would be proof of your National Insurance Number and a full UK Birth Certificate. Please call for further information.

What hours are you open?
Our offices are open between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However we can interview earlier or later in the day by appointment.
