We conduct more than 3,000 interviews per year in our Kent office. So the chances are we already know someone for the position you need to fill.
We are not a high street agency. We do things differently. All our interviewed candidates combine to create a central ‘pool’ of candidates accessible to all the consultants for every single position. However, we allocate one key Consultant to manage your specific needs and who will ask to come and visit you. We offer special rates for ‘exclusivity’ or volume business and ‘temp to perm’ discounts. That way we get to know you, your company, and the qualities you seek in your personnel to enable them to succeed in your company.
